Estimates
Are estimates free?
All automotive collision estimates are free. There are some RV estimates that require a diagnostic fee.
Do I need an appointment to get an estimate?
No, come by anytime Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 5:00 pm and we can write you an estimate. The average estimate takes 20 minutes.
Can you write an estimate from photos?
In order to provide you with the most accurate estimate, we require seeing the vehicle in person.
Rentals
Do you have rental cars available?
No, if you are needing a rental car, our closest option is Enterprise Rental Car on Memorial Blvd.
Will you cover a rental car if repairs exceed my rental alotment?
No, repairs can be complicated. Generally speaking, most repairs can be completed within the rental period. However, with complicated repairs, part delays, and difficulties with insurance companies, repairs can exceed those times. In those cases, you will be responsible for out-of-pocket rental expenses.
Deductibles & Insurance
Can you file my insurance claim for me?
No, you as the customer must open and start your claim. However, once you get a claim number we can help you continue through the process with ease.
Can I be liable for more than my deductible?
In extremely rare cases, you can be out of pocket above your deductible. We focus on the proper repair above cost. In some cases, your policy may not fully cover a proper repair. In these cases we will contact you before proceeding with anything that will be above your deductible.
Can you save me my deductible?
No. Your deductible is part of your policy. We have a responsibility to collect that, nor can we overwrite a claim to include your deductible.
Do you offer payment plans?
In the past, we used a third-party company for financing. However, at this moment we do not offer any payment assistance. All payments owed by the customer must be paid in full before your vehicle can be released.
